About Us:

The idea for gTrade was originally developed in July 2008 and has since flourished to include a product beta, popular blog and a strong technological back end through its Global Trading Platform engine.

gTrade is a Web 2.0 company that promotes technology start-ups. It represents the next generation securities exchange: not just trading conventional equities, but enabling everyday investors to purchase shares in companies that have not yet listed publicly. As opposed to traditional venture capital, gTrade brings a start-up company to the collective attention of millions of Internet users, letting the people decide in a start-up's future by investing their own money.

As gTrade is a global trading platform, we have an Internet presence throughout the world. We have an Australian office for our product development, with our crack team of software developers coding away to give the most robust trading platform available.

Our executive team is comprised of an all Australian contingent: Guy Havenstein (co-founder and director), Emil Koutanov (co-founder and chief technologist) and Tony Fle-Danijelovich (co-founder and financial director).

You can keep up-to-date on the inner workings of gTade through our company blog.
